How do people find Reiki healing?
Some are referred by friends or loved ones. Others discover it after exploring different wellness practices. And sometimes, the journey begins with a simple search for a Reiki practitioner and a quiet inner nudge.
Recently, I received a 5-star review from a client, Marga, who shared that she found me by searching online for Reiki. There was no referral, no prior connection. Just a feeling that led her to book a Reiki session.
This is something I have come to deeply trust in energy healing work.
There is an inner knowing that does not always follow logic. It can be subtle, almost unexplainable, yet it gently guides us toward the people and practices that support our healing.
Whether we call it intuition, alignment, or simply being ready, it often plays a powerful role in how we arrive at Reiki.
Marga also shared that she has explored many healing modalities in the past, including Reiki. So when someone with that level of experience feels a meaningful shift after just one session, it speaks not only to the benefits of Reiki, but also to the openness of the person receiving it.
Because Reiki is not something that is done to you.
It is something you allow.
The depth of a Reiki healing session is often shaped by your willingness to receive. Your openness creates space for the energy to flow where it is most needed. Even before the session begins, something within you has already said yes.
And that yes matters.
For many people, the healing process starts long before they lie down for a session. It begins in the moment they choose to listen to themselves. To follow a nudge. To explore holistic healing and alternative ways of restoring balance.
Marga described feeling the effects of the session almost immediately. She spoke about experiencing a sense of calm, safety, and being held in a supportive space.
This is always my intention in every Reiki session.
Not to force outcomes, but to create an environment where your body and energy system can soften. From that place, healing can happen naturally. Reiki works by supporting your system in releasing tension, restoring balance, and reconnecting you to a deeper sense of well-being.
The effects of Reiki healing can show up in different ways. For some, it brings physical relief. For others, emotional release or mental clarity. And sometimes, it is simply a quiet but noticeable shift, a feeling that something has changed, even if it is hard to put into words.
For those searching for Reiki in the Philippines or considering their first session, it is important to know that you do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You only need a sense of openness.
What I appreciate most about Marga’s experience is not just the outcome, but how it started. With a feeling. A moment of trust. A decision to follow where that feeling led.
If you are feeling curious about Reiki healing, or if something in you is gently pulling you toward this work, you may not need to overthink it.
Sometimes, it is enough to listen.
And to trust where that openness might lead you. 🤍
