Stress Is Not Just In Your Head… It’s In Your Energy.

When you think of stress, you probably think of deadlines, traffic, bills, or your ex texting “hey.” 😩But what if I told you… stress isn’t just in your mind? It lives in your energy field. And it builds up—quietly, invisibly, dangerously.


This is how it works:

When you go through something hard—like heartbreak, burnout, or a fight with your mom—your body reacts. Your muscles tighten. Your breath shortens. Your energy field, or aura, contracts.


That’s not just emotion. That’s energy. And over time? That energy gets stuck.

And here’s the scary part: most people never release it. They power through. They numb out. They say, “I’m fine.”

But the body remembers.The energy body holds every unspoken word, every repressed emotion, every “I’ll deal with it later.”


I know this because I’m a Reiki Master. I’ve worked with people who’ve carried stress for years—sometimes decades. And when they finally release it? They cry. They laugh. Some say, “I finally feel like myself again.”


So what’s the solution?

It’s not complicated.

✨ You breathe.

✨ You feel.

✨ You move the energy.

✨ You receive healing.


Reiki is a beautiful way to do this. It’s a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that helps clear your blocks and restore flow. Like pressing “reset” on your nervous system.


But Reiki isn’t the only way. You can also:

— Cry without apology

— Walk barefoot on the earth
